Privacy policy

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the location of the work, your budget and timeline, any description you write, and any photos you attach. If you enquire as a business we also collect your company name and the type of business you are.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.

Enquiries are delivered by email to Allied Connections and are handled by Lucas Manou. The site is hosted on Vercel and email is delivered through a transactional email provider; both process your submission only in order to deliver it. Where a job requires it, we may share relevant project details with the Electrical Safety Authority or with other trades on your project.

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your approximate location, the pages you view, and details about your device and browser. It is not tied to anything you tell us on the enquiry form, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you would rather not be counted, most browsers can block these cookies, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where work proceeds, for the period required for business and warranty records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email lucas@alliedconnections.ca or call 647 406 1080. We will respond within a reasonable period.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
